- Step One – Telephone me for a no obligation chat about the best way for you to stop smoking. I’ll answer all of your questions and explain how I work and then you can decide if you still want to go ahead.
- Step Two – Meet up for our first 60/90 minute appointment, where I will take details of your smoking background and set you tasks to prepare you for giving up. Before I see you again I will prepare our next session designed uniquely for you and your specific smoking habit.
- Step Three – A week later we’ll meet up for our second 90-120 minute session where we’ll gently work together and your healthy smoke free life can begin. You’ll be given a personalised mp3 recording to support you as you begin your healthier smoke free life.
Because It’s really important that you stop permanently, I offer free follow-up support for one complete year from the date of our first meeting and in the unlikely event that you need further help you can phone, email or come back for another session if required.
